By accessing or using the Arise IT Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
We provide mobile app development, website development, custom software development, design, and digital marketing services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs for any engagement are defined in a separate signed proposal or agreement between the client and Arise IT Media.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Arise IT Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Project payments follow the schedule defined in the project proposal/agreement. Delayed payments may result in pausing of project work until dues are cleared.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required content/assets, and access credentials necessary to complete the project on schedule.
Arise IT Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement as per the terms outlined in the specific project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
