Refund Policy

1. Project Advance Payments

Advance payments collected to initiate a project are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial planning, design, and resource allocation.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

For milestone-based projects, refunds (if applicable) are calculated only for milestones not yet started. Work already delivered or in progress is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining advance beyond completed work may be refunded at our discretion, minus administrative costs.

4. Cancellation by Arise IT Media

In the rare case that we are unable to deliver a contracted service, clients will receive a full or partial refund based on work completed, as mutually agreed.

5. Hosting & Subscription Services

Hosting, maintenance, and subscription-based services are billed periodically and are non-refundable for the active billing cycle once the service has been provisioned.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, please contact us at info@ariseitmedia.com with your project details. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
